With this latest notification, the Embassy of Japan is issuing eVisa for Indian passport holders with effect from 1st April 2024, still, you will have to submit the original passport. (Carry your old passports as well, just in case the executive wants to check before accepting your application)

  • Leave of absence: Leave approval letter from the employer for the travel period.
